Welcome to the kennel Scott McNaughton – coach for our proposed inaugural women’s team for season 2018.

Scott comes to the club primarily as a coach of cricket teams with strong emphasis on managing women’s teams from inception.

Scott currently holds several coaching roles including:

· Ringwood Cricket Club Female Program Head Coach
· Ringwood Cricket Club Spin Bowling Coach
· Rowville Cricket Academy Head Coach
· Outer East Eagles Under 16 Female Head Coach

Previously Scott has worked at the Australian Sports Commission, where his role included responsibility for delivering coaching education and coach mentoring. He is a passionate coach, very experienced within the realm of coaching females.

The club feels that in its inaugural year strong emphasis on managing the group and developing the team within the South Croydon Football Club culture is of paramount importance and we are confident in Scott’s ability to guide the group to this objective.
