Joel Burleigh joins us full time in 2019 after coming off a great year as Eastern Ranges Captain in 2018.

A natural leader and quality young man, Joel has set the track alight so far this preseason. He is quick, skillful, great in traffic and good by hand and foot.

Joel played 1 game with our U/19s in 2018 where he kicked 14 goals… mostly from the midfield..

Joel started his footy as a North Ringwood Junior, before short stints at Croydon and Mooroolbark. He then finished his junior career with 3 years at Eastern Ranges with some impressive achievements during his time there.

These include:
> 2016 – U16 Ranges captain. Vic Metro U16 national championship Rep and played 3 TAC games as an U16.
> 2017- 14 TAC games as a bottom age and Vic futures captain.
> 2018 – U18 Ranges Captain. Played in all 17 TAC games – Best game was Rd 5 vs Gippsland power 40 disposals, 3 goals, 12 tackles, 7 marks

We are rapt to have such a quality player/person and his family at the club full time for this year and beyond.
