Dear members,

We are emailing to ask for your help in contributing to a survey to gather information about inclusion of women and girls at our club.

As you’re aware, the Victorian Government is providing funding to support improvements to our club’s facilities through the Female Friendly Facilities Fund. The improvements will help make our facilities more accessible and welcoming to women and girls.

The survey is part of this funding program. It will give us a benchmark understanding of how female friendly our club is already. Another survey will be conducted once the facility upgrades have taken place, to measure the impact that has been made by having these new facilities.

We want you to fill in this survey if you are involved in any of the following roles at our club:
• Player or participant
• Committee or administration member
• Family support e.g. parent/guardian/carer
• Official (including referee/umpire, line judge, scorer, timekeeper etc)
• Coach, instructor, trainer or teacher
• Volunteer
• Team manager or coordinator
• Medical support or health and safety

It will be open until 11.30pm on Sunday 10 March 2019.
