MORE COACHING NEWS FOR 2020

28 OCT 2019 | BY VINCE CALI

As previously alluded to, we are excited to announce the following additions to our coaching contingent – completing the senior group supporting Luke.

Michael King – The club is delighted to have Zippy back involved in a coaching role for season 2020. A stellar playing career with our club, where he was leading goal kicker on several occasions, ended in 2018. After having a year off, Zippy decided that he would like to get back involved with the club and has jumped at the chance to coach the forward line.
Michael is no stranger to coaching having captain/coached the South Croydon Cricket Club to finals success and has been key in the development of younger players.
It’s great to have an ex player want to give back to the club and we hope to see a lot more of this in the future.

Jamie Barnett – We are also extremely pleased to announce that Jamie has returned to the club for season 2020 to coach the backline and work on opposition analysis.
Jamie will be known to many of you from 2014 when he played an active role as backline coach during Damien Franken’s tenure. From 2015 Jamie has been heavily involved at Noble Park FC – starting in an insight/scouting role, and progressing through U19s coach, development coach and ultimately senior assistant coach in season 2019. Jamie’s knowledge of Premier division football and coaching experience will be invaluable for us heading into next season.

Please join us in welcoming both Zippy and Jamie into the coaching ranks for 2020!

Expect More. Earn More.
