NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members and supporters,

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting for 2015 as follows:

Time & Date: 7-30pm, Friday 4th December 2015

Venue: Cheong Park Clubrooms

Ordinary business of meeting:
1. Confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
2. Presentation of the Annual Report, including financial statements for the 2015 Season.
3. Election of Office Bearers for the following year.
4. General Business.
Any formal General Business to be raised should be submitted to the Secretary 14 days prior to the AGM date.

Nominations for committee positions are most welcome and should be submitted on the forms located on the club website to the Secretary 14 days prior to the AGM date, but no later than Friday, 20th November 2015.
