Dear members – the AGM due tonight Nov 30, has been adjourned in accordance of the club’s rules for incorporated association due to a lack of quorum.

Our rules require 10% of our membership base to attend the AGM, which equates top approx 25 members. Members can include all players (senior, vets, netballers), social members, Kennel Club members and Life members.

Further nominations or general business correspondence will now be accepted until Dec 9th.

Please make an effort to attend the adjourned meeting now rescheduled to Friday 16th Dec – 7.30pm at Cheong Park.

Join us for our Annual General Meeting when the Annual report and club accounts will be presented, and committee members for season 2016/2017 elected.

All positions are open for nomination and any financial club member is eligible to nominate when seconded by another financial club member.

Your club needs more people helping so that the tasks of running the club are shared among more people.

Consider joining the committee and having a more meaningful say in how your club operates.

Please look at the documents section of the Team App for the AGM nomination form. All nominations must be submitted in writing duly seconded to the club secretary no later than November 16 2016.

Any general business to be raised at the meeting must also be raised in writing and lodged with the secretary by the same date.
